Joe Murchison
Project Manager, Arts Education and Community Programming
As seen on Second Chance Stage on Max and Magnolia Network, Joe Murchison is a dynamic arts and project manager with extensive experience as a cultural ambassador, performing artist, and administrator. Starting his professional performance career with Step Afrika! as a dancer in 2010, his career highlights include performances with the U.S. Armed Forces, the U.S. Department of State, distinguished roles at the Kennedy Center, Off-Broadway at New Victory Theater, and as an accomplished arts education teaching artist.
As a proficient project and tour manager, Joe has had the pleasure of managing performances at the World Expo 2022, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. His creative direction extends to special projects and media, including producing educational content viewed by over 70,000 students. He was honored with the Core Value Heptagon Award for excellence in the Radio and Television Broadcasting program at Ohio Media School – Columbus. Joe’s civic duties include serving as a board member of Yellow Heart Alliance, Inc., and as a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. by way of the Zeta Sigma Chapter at the University of Central Oklahoma.
With an educational background in kinesiology and digital media, Joe is committed to merging his creative talents with strategic project development, inspiring audiences worldwide, and supporting trailblazing artists with industry-leading productions.
